2022世界杯主场馆结构精度控制措施和可调节点设计*

[摘要]卡塔尔卢赛尔体育场主体结构为钢结构受压环连接鱼腹式环向张力索桁架的空间大跨结构,为控制施工精度,合理安排施工工序,采用Midas GenANSYS有限元分析软件相结合,对施工过程进行模拟分析。分析结果表明,主体结构在施工过程中会产生较明显的偏移。以分析结果为依据,采用“分阶段精度控制,误差分段化处理”的策略,配合可调节点的设计,可消化前道工序的误差,避免误差累积,最终确保膜结构和幕墙结构的顺利安装,实现设计目标。

Construction Accuracy Control and Adjustable Connection Design of Lusail Stadium for 2022 World Cup

Abstract: The main structure of Qatar Lusail Stadium is a large span truss structure. It is formed by compression ring connecting with fish tail radial cable truss and ring cable system. In order to control the construction accuracy and arrange the construction sequence, Midas Gen and ANSYS are used to conduct construction finite element simulation. The analysis result shows that the steel structure nonnegligible movement during the construction. On the basis of the analysis result, a strategy of control the accuracy and consume the deviations by stages is used to guarantee the construction accuracy and avoid the deviation accumulation. A set of adjustable connection design is also introduced to achieve the successful installation of membrane and fa-ade structure.
